Always check the seller before dealing: Look at the seller feedback and ratings from previous customers before doing business with him or her to get a sense of the quality of his or her service. Never deal outside papmall® : One of the main reasons buyers get scammed on papmall® is because they deal with sellers outside the platform to avoid papmall®’s commission. It is against papmall®'s Terms & Conditions and we clearly mentioned that any payments outside of our platform are not guaranteed. Review your order within 3 days of delivery: Within three days, papmall® will automatically release the buyer's payment to the seller. After that, if you don't mark your order as “Completed”, sellers might try to scam you by sending unsolicited services. Do not mark orders as “Completed”: Never mark an order as 'Completed' unless the service has been delivered and completed.

How do I spot a scam?

Be cautious with something that is too good to be true, for example, a promise to double your social media following in only a short period of time with a low fee. Wiring money upfront: papmall® recommends you to report anyone who requests sending payments outside the platform. To avoid the commission fee, some freelancers would advise you to conduct business with them other than papmall®. Keep in mind that payments made outside of the site are not secure. Generic PAP: Professional freelancers will take care of their images to stand out from others on papmall®. It's easy to infer that someone is untrustworthy if they try to advertise themselves without bothering to show reviews of their services. Negative reviews: The biggest sign to watch out for is negative seller feedback. You can give a freelancer the benefit of the doubt if there is only one bad review among several positive ones. However, if you can't find a single good review, this person is probably not worth your time. Sketchy results: Unfortunately, it can be challenging to spot these right away. Such scams typically take the shape of PAP to increase search engine rankings, traffic, social media followers, or backlinks to websites. On our homepage or “Services” section, select a service you may like.
Click the heart button placed on the right side of the seller.
Go to “My favorite” and you will see the item on your list.
You can also create your on the list first by clicking “Create a list” and name it.
Now you can select a service you like, then click on the kebab menu to add it to your new list.
