A freelancer review, also known as a testimonial, is a piece of content sharing opinions, thoughts, and feedback on the freelancer, and the products/services they are offering on the platform. A freelancer review offers a great way for other clients in the future to have something to rely on and choose their matching partners, in other circumstances, a freelancer review can also be an ideal way for sellers to check if the product/service is working as they expect, then plan on to improve it. Obviously, freelancer reviews can be found on the seller's e-commerce profile or on the PAP page that they are offering.

A freelancer review should be written based on practical experience you already have with a freelancer, not based on or influenced by what other people have said about them or their service. Otherwise, it will be unfair to both parties.

A freelancer review is often written in a clear, concise manner. For example, “Great experience while working with MR. Smith for my project. Hope we will get another chance in the future.”, or “Excellent quality! Superior delivery.”, or even, “Best service ever. Highly recommended!”. And so on.
