Why don’t I receive an email verification code?

These are two main reasons and ways to fix them:
- Your ISP or corporate domain may be configured to deliver commercial mail to your Spam or Junk folder by default, you can find the verification code in these places.
- Typos in the spelling of the email address. You can correct it and request papmall® to send another verification email to the corrected address.
- papmall® allows users to use the phone number to verify instead of your email address.
- Refresh your web browser. Sometimes you may need to refresh your email to see the new inbox.
