papmall® evaluates Top Rated Sellers eligibility on a regular basis to ensure the quality standards and expectations of the Top Rated selection are met. In light of such an examination, papmall® reserves the right to modify a Top Rated Seller's status.

Furthermore, Top Rated Sellers who are unable to continue their high quality service due to a significant reduction in ratings, cease delivering on time, have an elevated cancellation rate, or breach our Terms will be removed from the program.
