How can I report a Buyer?

What happens if my delivery gets reported?

If your delivery gets reported, you are free to discuss the delivery with your Seller in the chat box. The Buyer can send you the reference and if they are happy with another delivery, the Buyer needs to accept to proceed to the final product.After you confirm “Order Received”, the Buyer cannot return it anymore.Another way that you can choose to solve this problem is by contacting the Customer Support team via here

What happens if my Seller Account gets reported?

If you think the decision you've been banned is inappropriate, you can raise a dispute on papmall®. Please contact papmall® to get support on how to submit a dispute.Our team will review and process it within 3 business days.

Will my voucher/ promotion code be refunded if my Buyer requested a return/refund?

Yes, of course. If your return/refund request has been granted for a complete refund, a voucher (such as Cashback vouchers, papmall® discount vouchers, PAP discount vouchers, or Free Commission vouchers) used for an order will be reimbursed.

How do I request a return?

You can discuss with your Seller about returning your product first before making the return request. To do this:Step 1: Log into your papmall® accountStep 2: Select the 'My Purchase' SectorStep 3: Tap the Return buttonThen, type details about the reasons why you want to returnStep 4: Click on Submit

How do I request a refund?

If an order is canceled for any reason, including not getting the service, receiving a service that is not as described on the PAP Page, and fraudulent activity, the Buyer may request a refund.You will have 2 option when requesting a Refund: Contact the Seller Contact Customer Support In the 1st option, you will have to contact your seller about your order’s cancellation and work things out. To do so, you should: Log in to your papmall® account Select My Purchase and choose the order you want to cancel Select Cancel order Choose one of the dispute reasons and explain your request in detail Click on Send In case your order is marked as completed, you won’t be able to access the Resolution Center, but you will be able to contact the Customer Support team and request a cancellation refund.In case the seller declines and offers to modify the work, you can either accept or decline. If the seller is unresponsive for 48 hours, please proceed to the 2nd option.With the 2nd option, you have to notify the Customer Support team via support@papmall.com or here.The length of time it will take to receive your refund will depend on how you paid: If you paid by credit or debit card then your refund will take up to 14 days, though usually it is less than 10 days. If you paid by PayPal your refund will typically take less than 24 hours.

How many times can a Buyer return an order?

The refund process will only begin after we have completed evaluating your returned product and if it is deemed to be a valid return. papmall® will rely on the evidence of both sides and give the final answer

If my work seems as unqualified, will I be charged any fee?

If your work seems unqualified, you will not be charged any fee but you may be reported by your sellers about the quality and the service quality rate will be low and decrease your orders.

What if my delivery has good quality but the Buyer still reports my PAP?
