What makes a good customer testimonial?
Testimonials are evidence of the seller’s past works and the quality of their products. Therefore, a good testimonial should show just as much. Although there are no strict regulations or rules on how a customer should write a testimonial, there are still a few notes you should take into consideration while writing one.
A good testimonial should contain this information so that future customers can take a look and make up their minds:
- How pleased are you with the outcome of the product?
- How has the PAP benefited your project?
- Was the process of working with the seller enjoyable?
- Did the seller respond on time and meet their deadline?
- Has everything met your expectations?
- Are you pleased enough to consider this seller in future projects?
- Will you recommend this product to your friends and acquaintances?
