Cancellations should be used only as a last method. Canceling orders has an impact on the buyer's experience, as well as your time and potential earnings. papmall® Protect is papmall® special program made to prevent scams and safeguard Sellers and Buyers from fraud transactions. Until the fulfillment is complete, papmall® is going to hold the order payment in escrow, and only releasing it to Sellers once Buyers have confirmed receipt of the order or if the deadline for confirmation has passed.
