What documents should I prepare for the Seller Account registration?

Before registering for a papmall® Seller Account, you should prepare some documents for us to get a clear understanding of your products and services.

  • Personal Documents:

    • Identification Documents: your Identity Card or Passport.
    • Proof of Address: Utility Bill (Water Bill, Electricity Bill, Landline Telephone Bill, etc.), or the latest Bank Statement, Bank Reference.

If you register under a Company, Agency, or Business, papmall® will need a full set of your business documents:

  • Company Documents:

    • Business Registration Certificate.
    • Certificate of Incorporation.
    • Certificate of Good Standing, Incumbency Certificate.
    • Register of Directors, Shareholders, UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Ownership).
