With the SAP S/4 HANA Cloud project, papmall® Singapore, SAP Asia (Vietnam office), and ATS Vietnam have officially signed a full digital transformation cooperation agreement.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud, the public edition is a cloud ERP that is ready to use and provides the latest industry best practices and continuous innovation. Through this agreement, the SAP S/4HANA platform will help papmall® complete digital transformation in business and operating system simplification. The Company will use cooperation to prepare for a new growth phase, with the goal of becoming a multinational organization that uses high-tech and establishes a long-term position on the global economic map.

According to an agreement, SAP Asia (Vietnam office) selects and advises on suitable digital solutions for the e-commerce business. Meanwhile, ATS Vietnam is working with the papmall® to put the SAP ERP S/4 HANA project into action. Within 12 months, the project was prepared, implemented, tested, and launched, with modules including Human Resource Management, Sales Management, Performance Management, Project Management, Purchasing Management, and Financial Management.

All departments, including planning, human resources, operations, and business performance management, manage all of the business activities methodically, closely, and continuously. As a result, the Group's competitive advantage over competitors in the same segment will be strengthened and expanded.

Furthermore, by utilizing a digital platform, digital transformation and customer experience, papmall® is able to integrate all of its divisions into a centralized database. Corporate governance is being monitored more closely by the leadership team. Workflows connect one section to the next.
