Although it may not appear glamorous, hard work is at the heart of every successful brand. To me, papmall® is a place that appreciates hard work and I think it’s important to gain more achievements in the future.

The same holds true for brands. Growing a successful business and brand requires the concentrated efforts of smart, dedicated people who go above and beyond. It's fine to say that my team works harder. It's fine to have higher expectations of my employees. It's fine for me to put in the hours if I'm working for a cause I believe in. Working hard is a good thing.

If I value hard work, it's okay to reject people who don't share my values. I don't have to accept someone on my team "working for the weekend" or "shooting for bronze." They're not having a good time and must leave.

In this long journey, talent and luck will not be on my side if I remain inactive. However, some of my teammates believe that earning a living by working hard is silly and inappropriate. They want to make a difference in their lives by winning the lottery. They were unable to recognize the value of hard work and thus disrespected themselves and others.

As a result, I think don't make a fool of yourself. Always remember that work is a source of dignity. Every day, I strive to improve and create a strong resolve to fight my own battle with a positive mindset. Rather, even if they have doubled their work today, try to find an alternative. Their perseverance and dignity will lead them to the destination.
