Doing meaningful work has always been a top priority for me. I fell in love with the work and officially joined the Marketing team in 2022. They involved me for projects for papmall®, and I learned everything I could about my role. Most importantly, I became acquainted with a group of guys with whom I enjoyed working every day. Since my first days at papmall®, I've been a shy newbie who didn't know how to communicate with other teammates to make the work flow more smoothly. However, my teammates have been amazing, they didn’t leave me behind on this journey.

The small, close-knit feel of the business was one of the things that kept me at papmall® all the time. papmall® was a family-owned business, and it felt like it. We were aware of each other's strengths and weaknesses, and as a result, we were able to function as a fantastic team mentally. But perhaps my favorite benefit of being a part of this family is that it allows me to consider how I can help the next generation advance. I consider myself fortunate to be a member of the papmall® team.

I am passionate about opening doors and sharing my experiences with the next person in line, and papmall® has provided me with those opportunities. It's exciting to see people who are still in their first half and looking to advance. I want to assist them in any way I can, just as others have listened and cared for me.
