"The vitalness of feedback in work"
When you start your work, you may be good at something, and bad at something. Imagine when you spend a lot of time finishing a task and then other members look at it and tell you that “You may need to fix this and that”
To begin with, I am James, a new member of the papmall® team. I just started working here 2 months ago and I am very interested in the people and the scope of work here.
The difficult part is getting all of those people to put their egos aside, trust one another, and work as a team. This issue, I believe, occurs frequently in most organizations.
Although it may not appear glamorous, hard work is at the heart of every successful brand. To me, papmall® is a place that appreciates hard work and I think it’s important to gain more achievements in the future.
Doing meaningful work has always been a top priority for me. I fell in love with the work and officially joined the Marketing team in 2022.
It has been more than a year since I chose papmall® to start my journey with. There are numerous ways to highlight my company's values and how the leadership and teammates live with those of it every day.
