POSITION

  • Position: Sales Representative.
  • Employment type: Full-time.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and new customers.
  • Perform requirements analysis to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through call, email, and other channels.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, and track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Report weekly/monthly sales to the Sales Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.

  • Address: Vietnam office - Asia Trade Centre Building, 507B Huynh Tan Phat Boulevard, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

WORKING HOURS

  • Working hours: Mon - Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sat: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
  • Break time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.
