About This PAP

✅ Do you know? E-commerce Bookkeeping is quite different than General business bookkeeping.

It requires special consideration with respect to acquiring of right Sales Report, Payout or Settlement Report, and Sales Tax Report. Without the actual report of your Net Sales, Sales Tax/VAT & Reserve Balance with the Marketplaces will be off-base. In the long run, you won't get the right Profit and Loss Report and not be paying the correct protection of Taxes.

• Setup appropriate Chart of Accounts especially for eCommerce business in QuickBooks or Xero
• Integrate eCommerce site with QuickBooks or Xero by integration like A2X, mapping with the right COA
• Correctly record different kinds of Fees, Shipping costs, discounts, refunds, Taxes, Reserve Balances, Chargebacks, etc.
• Reconcile Sales & Purchase payments, and expense transactions as per Bank, Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe, and other account statements
• Preparation of Financial Statements such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc.
