JOB DESCRIPTION

Tag skills: Product Director, Product Manager

• Participate in the process of product research, improvement, development, and product management.
• Perform market research to understand the market situation, potential, competitors, etc. Thereby making the right decisions to orient and develop suitable products.
• Manage and implement strategic plans for products.
• Work with the Marketing team to develop plans and solutions to increase product sales.
• Operate and evaluate the product implementation process to propose product improvements.
• Report on the product performance and implementation progress.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from College / University with a related major in IT (prioritize), Marketing Management (prioritize), Business Management.
• Have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English with 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Have the ability to analyze, synthesize, plan, organize, update, and process information.
• Know how to make short-term and long-term plans for the Management team.
• Good communication, presentation, interpersonal skills between the company departments.
• Creative, straightforward, and have good problem-solving skills.
• Can work under pressure either independently or as a team player.

• Mon - Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Sat: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
• Break time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.
