Why don’t I receive OTP for account registration and email confirmation?

If you don’t receive the OTP code, it might be due to the following reasons:
- The phone number or email address may be incorrect: Make sure you enter the correct phone number or email address.
- The messages or emails may have been blocked since you may have reported this type of notification as junk information.
- SMS: Contact your carrier to enable such a type of information.
- Email: Look for the verification email in your spam folder.
- You may have a poor Internet connection: The delivery of the OTP code may be delayed due to a poor Wifi signal or network outage. Please wait for a while, or request papmall® to send you another code.
For the delay of email confirmation, there are two scenarios:
- Your ISP or corporate domain may be configured to deliver commercial mail to your Spam or Junk mailbox. You can find the verification code in these places.
- Typos in the spelling of the email address: You can correct it and request papmall® to send another verification email to the corrected address.
