Review your order within 3 days of delivery: Within three days, papmall® will automatically release the buyer's payment to the seller. After that, if you don't mark your order as “Completed”, sellers might try to scam you by sending unsolicited services. Do not mark orders as “Completed”: Never mark an order as 'Completed' unless the service has been delivered and completed.

Wiring money upfront: papmall® recommends you to report anyone who requests sending payments outside the platform. To avoid the commission fee, some freelancers would advise you to conduct business with them other than papmall®. Keep in mind that payments made outside of the site are not secure. Generic PAP: Professional freelancers will take care of their images to stand out from others on papmall®. It's easy to infer that someone is untrustworthy if they try to advertise themselves without bothering to show reviews of their services. Negative reviews: The biggest sign to watch out for is negative seller feedback. You can give a freelancer the benefit of the doubt if there is only one bad review among several positive ones.
